Donate to Pet Overpopulation Fund MONTROSE — The Pet Overpopulation Fund, which helps furnish grants to veterinarians and animal care and control agencies to subsidize spay/neuter programs, is asking taxpayers to donate to the cause. VCB announces changes to funding policy MONTROSE — The Board of Directors of the Montrose Visitors & Convention Bureau recently approved a change to the funding policy pertaining to special events. Applications for funding must be submitted for review by the VCB Board no less than 120 days prior to the date of the actual event.
