Williams, 33, is wanted on a warrant alleging the second-degree kidnapping of her son, Martin Garcia, 6, whom she is suspected of taking from a park in Montrose June 28, despite not having custody.
Her other son, Cameron Williams, 2, of Delta, is also reportedly with her. At last report, the Delta Police were investigating to determine whether any laws had been violated in the taking of Cameron.

An arrest warrant alleging the second-degree kidnapping of Martin and violation of a custody order, both felonies, was issued Friday, with a $25,000 bond. Martin was described as 4 feet tall, with brown hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a light blue T-shirt, camoflage shorts and black flip-flop sandals. "When she traded in her car, because she did not have the title from the Aztec, the dealership had to get a hold of the dealership in Delta where they got the car. They (Delta dealer) notified dispatch," Montrose Police Det. Justin Perry said Tuesday.
Lakewood Police attempted to locate Williams and issued a "be on the lookout" report for her and her new car, a white 1996 Chrysler LHS sedan with a Colorado temporary tag of 781 661D.
Perry was told an unidentified man was with Williams in the car, as were two more children. He did not have additional information about those individuals Tuesday and declined to identify the car dealership in the interest of the investigation.
Perry said he wasn't aware of whether Williams had any connections in Lakewood, but, based on information provided by her mother, there was a "good possibility" she was involved in a biker gang in the Denver area.
"It's rumored that's where she got the tattoo on her neck that says 'Lucky,'" Perry said.
Police didn't know for certain with what biker gang Williams might be affiliated.
Williams is said to have an "extensive" criminal history, including outstanding warrants in Denver, Delta and Montrose County. Those warrants say she failed to appear for court hearings concerning marijuana, dangerous drugs and motor vehicle theft allegations.
The current warrant alleges custodial interference as well as second-degree kidnapping.
