MONTROSE — Carol M. Henderson, age 77, of Montrose, Colo., passed away at Montrose Memorial Hospital in Montrose on Sunday morning, June 29, 2008.
Carol M. Henderson was born on July 13, 1930 in Eureka, Kan. to Carl L. and Dorothy (Lindamood) Foster. She spent her childhood in Hamilton, Kan. and graduated from high school in Wichita, Kan. She attended Washburn University in Topeka, Kan.

Carol loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them. She also was an avid reader.
Survivors include her husband, Ed of Montrose; her daughter, Sarah Henderson and husband Bob Flower of Montrose; her mother, Dorothy Foster of Hot Springs, Ark.; two sisters, Sandra French (David) and Susan McFerrin (John) all of Hot Springs.
Carol was preceded in death by her father.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 3, 2008 at Crippin Funeral Home Chapel at 1:30 p.m. with burial to follow at Cedar Cemetery in Montrose.
