Tattered and Torn =retired

A certain fancy  housing addition off of Chipeta is disgracing the American Flag.  It is tattered and torn and needs to be retired.  Sadly they have a very nice crisp flag representing the addition flying next to it.  It's time to respect our flag!!!!
