MONTROSE — Margaret B. Shockley passed away early Tuesday morning, Nov. 18, 2008 at Colorow Care Center in Olathe, Colo., at the age of 93. Margaret was born Sept. 15, 1915 to John and Elizabeth (Frank) Bosgal in Montrose, Colo. She spent her childhood and received her education at Menoken school in Montrose. Margaret married Toni Toniolli in 1932 and he preceded her in death. She then married Benton A. Shockley in 1945 in Denver, Colo., and he passed away Oct. 22, 2007 in Grand Junction, Colo. Margaret was a native of Montrose, spending a few years away but then returning and making Montrose her home until her time of death.

Margaret is survived by two sons, Ken Shockley of Montrose, and Matt Toniolli of Fruitland, N. M.; nine grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; two husbands; son, Toni Toniolli; and brothers and sisters.
A public visitation for family and friends will be held Thursday, Nov. 20, 2008, from 4 to 7 p.m., at Crippin Funeral Home Chapel. A funeral service will be held on Friday, Nov. 21, 2008, at 10 a.m., at Crippin Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow the service at Grand View Cemetery, west of Montrose. Arrangements are under the direction of Crippin Funeral Home, 802 E. Main, Montrose, CO 81401 (970) 249-2121.
