The couple arrived at the hospital about 9 p.m. on New Year’s Eve. They were headed back home later New Year’s Day with Jonathan.
Going home with them was an abundance of gifts donated from the community for the New Year baby. A large laundry basket included a blanket, diapers and toys. Another basket included snacks and tea, and a bag included most everything needed for a new child. MMH also gave the couple a $100 gift certificate for the hospital’s shop.
When Jonathan gets home, he’ll be greeted by his two brothers and one sister.
