Transparency equals trust

Re: Ramsey letter, Feb. 20, Daily Press

I wholeheartedly concur with Mr. Ramsey’s concern that the current Board of Commissioners’ actions regarding JetAway is disturbing. It is amazing to me that this mess seems to be getting stickier and stickier and if you really take a close look, you can see that it could get much worse. 

 Montrose County has spent a great deal of money and time on this issue regarding who can do business at the airport. What is needed is total transparency of all who have a public trust, particularly in this matter. Isn’t this what the last election was all about?
