Jackson, 26, pleaded guilty in May to two counts of felony menacing and was sentenced Monday.
He was initially charged with first-degree assault for stabbing Sean Carey in the neck at a home on Montrose Drive. Carey and others had gathered in the home to watch movies when, police reports say, Jackson stabbed him. Carey did not speak during Monday's sentencing hearing.
