Williams, of Norwood, was arrested last month as part of a multi-agency drug investigation. The allegations against him involve methamphetamine and cocaine, the district attorney said previously. Affidavits for Williams and his four co-defendants, Raul Blas-Solano, Bertha Blas-Solano (also known as Meza), Juan Ruezgo-Andrade and Hector Ruezgo-Andrade, remain under seal.
Williams was formally charged with 13 felony drug counts. He is accused of undertaking drug activity within 1,000 feet of a school, which could increase his sentence if he is convicted.

Williams, however, said he was not sure whether he wanted to waive his rights to the hearing, during which the prosecution’s evidence is weighed to see whether there is probable cause to proceed with charges.
Mitchel told Williams to speak with his attorney, and continued the matter to Wednesday. According to court records, Williams’ counsel withdrew the waiver and the decision was made to hold a preliminary hearing at 3 p.m. Sept. 2.
A previous attempt to have Williams’ $750,000 bond lowered failed, but on Monday, the judge approved a property bond.
“I sure need to get home,” Williams said.
According to the courts, the Blas-Solanos are set for a hearing in Ouray at 10 a.m. Aug. 6. Raul Blas-Solano was charged with two counts of possession with intent to distribute a schedule II controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; his bond is also $750,000.
Bertha Blas-Solano was charged with the same offenses; her bond is $60,000.
Juan Ruezgo-Andrade and Hector Ruezgo-Andrade are set for a prelim in Ouray at 1:30 p.m. Aug. 13. Both were charged with two counts of possession of more than 1 gram of a schedule II controlled substance. Bond for each was $25,000.
