   Swine flu vaccinations trials wil start soon. Pharmaceutical companies are racing to have a vaccine ready for next flu season to protect us for next seasons possible resurgence of the swine flu.

 Before you all line up to get vaccinated look into whats in the vaccine, most other flu shots contain mercury, and other not so healthy ingredents. They say its voluntary and will have to be doled out in stages because theirs not enough doses for all Amercians,  sounds like perfect propaganda to get us to get vaccinated and better  hurry up, no thanks, we dont even vaccinate our pets and they are healthy and one dog lived 17 yrs., no vaccinations ever.

  Spread fear and most will buy into it, all for huge profts of the pharmaceutical giants who if this backfires, most likely  wil not be liable for compensation when problems happen or ineffectivness, so think about whats right for your own needs and consider prevention thru nutrition.

 Again... I  will say our bodies can and will thrive if given the proper nutrition to do so, my advice is to avoid as much as possible processed, preserved, modified foods, chem drugs and vaccinations. Educate yourself, read labeling, avoid at all cost high frutcose corn syrup, you can prevent most health issues using common sense and in the long run its much cheaper to prevent than cure after the fact and you will feel and look so much better eating real food that is right close if you look around .Peaceoutchickenman

The point is quality of life and some people believe that organic/natural foods will increase the quality... Less heart disease, diabetes, cancer. Look back 100 years the rates of these diseases were much less. 100 years ago more people did died younger of trauma, flu, pneumonia, infection, etc. "

The scary thing with Swine Flu is that it was healthy people who were succumbing to it - not immunosuppressed people. I haven't gotten a flu vaccine in years, and will pass on this one. I think that the vaccine will cause more illness than the flu itself. I'm a vegan, and eat organic when I can. Having said that, I think the swine flu vaccine will do more damage than eating a diet of junk food. "

Much E-coli today is due to large factory farms and slaughter houses not cleaning food properly and/or feces getting mixed in with ground meat products - then not getting cooked properly. I have never heard of a local, small farmer having E-coli problems... It's always large factory farms. If you buy locally you're not only insuring a safer food source, you're helping local business.
