MONTROSE — Donna B. Williams, age 80, of Montrose, Colo., passed away peacefully in the presence of her family at Valley Manor Care Center in Montrose. Donna was born March 20, 1929 to Harold and Verda (Crosby) Barber in Cadillac, Mich. She married Joe R. Williams and he preceded her in death. Donna had been a licensed Beautician for 50 years, and was a member of the South Church while residing in Lansing, Mich. Donna spent most of her life in Michigan, but moved to the Western Slope to be closer to family, and spent the last few years here in Montrose where she made her home until her time of death. Surviving family members include her son, Roger (Cathy) Williams of Montrose, Colo.; daughter, Joni (Robert) Karp of Fruita, Colo.; and a sister, Trudy Jasmine of Florida; one grandchild and one great-grandchild. Cremation has taken place and private family services will be held. Arrangements are under the direction of Crippin Funeral Home & Crematory, 802 E. Main St., Montrose, CO 81401 (970) 249-2121.
