DELTA — Marjorie Rose (Price) Harrison, age 86, was born on Sept. 7, 1923 in Delta, Colo. and passed away on Oct. 17, 2009 in Delta, Colo.
She is survived by her husband, Phil Harrison of Delta, Colo.; her six children: Shirley Sutton of Albuquerque, N.M., Judy Haskill of Castle Rock, Colo., Edward Barrett of Pahrump, Nev., Phillip Keith Harrison of Delta, Colo., Christopher Harrison of Denver, Colo., and Shelley Bunte of Victor, Mont. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren and by her brother, Orlie Jack Price, of Montrose, Colo.

At her specific request, there will be no formal services. Her husband and children will receive friends and relatives at her home, 53501 Carnation Rd., from 2 to 4 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 24, 2009, for those wishing to offer their condolences in person.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made, in memory of Marjorie Harrison, to Hospice and Palliative Care of Western Colorado, P.O. Box 24, Delta, CO 81416, so that it may carry on the same wonderful medical care they have provided. The family also wants to thank The Delta Hospice for their kindness and support during this difficult time.
