"Health officials said Friday that 76 children have died of swine flu, including 16 new reports in the past week — more evidence the new virus is unusually dangerous in kids. The regular flu kills between 46 and 88 children a year, according to Centers for Disease Control and Prevention data." "Health officials also said more data is trickling in from several clinical trials of the new vaccine, and so far no serious side effects have been reported." Hmmm, maybe rethinking about the vaccine for my children isnt so bad of an idea, especially my asthmatic baby.

1. Have not been properly tested.
2. The manufacturer is NOT liable for any damage that occurs from an improperly tested vaccine.
3. The president of the United States isn't willing to give his children.
Interesting also that the manufacturer had a patent on the vaccine before it even started spreading. Do some research and don't believe the hype! Or stay afraid of everything and do what the TV tells you to do. "

I wouldn't be so smug. You don't have all the information, and are wrong on some of the so-called facts you are posting. You couldn't pay me to get this vaccine, nasal or otherwise. I prefer to take my changes on the mild swine flu, and the normal seasonal flu. "

I wasn't aware that I was supposed to be scared of all those things, so thanks. A bit of humor always helps. Seriously, sometimes I think that the purpose is to keep us to scared to see what is actually going on around us. "

Interesting, because I've never heard of this study... how do they correlate (or exclude) the number of elderly that were going to develop Alzheimer’s anyway? Or do they not mention that? My 97 year old grandmother gets a flu shot every year (and has for at least the past 20 years that I know of) and she’s as sharp as a tack. My other grandmother (87 years old) has never had a flu shot and is in the beginning stages of Alzheimer’s. "
