MONTROSE — Barbara Norene Finley, 73, born in Young Ariz. to Charlie and Alta McAnulty, lost her battle to cancer on Monday, Nov. 2, 2009. She always referred to her life as a “gypsy” life moving from place to place. Barbara was a carrier for the Daily Press and was also a member of the Black Canyon Wood Carvers Club. She always had a passion to learn. She loved numerous craft projects: painting, writing stories, ceramics and dolls. Barb enjoyed fishing, horses, her Indian culture, good looking cowboys, Jackson Hole, deal or no deal, powwows, barbecues and parties.
