The Montrose County Planning Commission gave no decision on Energy Fuels' uranium permit late Wednesday. Wednesday was EF's second visit to the Montrose County Planning Commission, which must decide whether to recommend that the county commissioners approve the permit for the Pinon Ridge Mill.
