Norma Jean Lett

MONTROSE - Norma Jean Lett, age 97, formerly of Colorado Springs, passed away Nov. 17, 2009, at the Valley Manor Care Center. Norma was born May 19, 1912 in St. Joseph, Mo., to the late Louis B. and Anna M. (Groenke) Lett. She moved to Colorado Springs in 1968, after retiring from a 42-year career with Southwestern Bell Telephone Company. In addition to her parents, Norma was preceded in death by brothers, Jack, Loren, Charles, Donald and Duane; and sisters, Ona, Eula, Doris and twins, Anita and Juanita. Norma is survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held from 1 to 2 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 21, 2009, at the Shrine of Remembrance “America the Beautiful” Chapel of Roses. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery.
