ASSOCIATION EXEC. Montrose Association of REALTORS® seeks an Association Executive to manage and lead its 200+ membership Association and its business operations. Candidate will possess knowledge of the real estate industry and association management, will have excellent communication skills, be a visionary, a team builder and a strong leader. Skills in budgeting and technology are required along with strong customer service experience. Candidate will fulfill day to day duties as well as implement long term goals of the Association. Minimum 5 years business experience, previous association management background is a plus. Starting salary and benefits range will be $35,000-40,000 and may be negotiable based on experience.
