Citizen group raps BLM for continued ‘secrecy’

Posted: Sunday, May 19, 2013 2:00 am

The Bureau of Land Management has no basis to keep under wraps the identity of anyone expressing interest in oil and gas lease parcels — anywhere, a Paonia-based citizens alliance contends.
