Property Management The Delta Housing Authority is accepting applications for a Housing Technician who will be responsible for timely and accurate completion of the application, certification and recertification processes; assisting the Administrative Services Director (Property Manager) by addressing the daily needs and issues of residents for the Villas at the Bluff housing complex in Delta. High school diploma or GED required, two (2) year college degree preferred with two (2) years of progressively responsible experience in management or in an administrative capacity in property management or low-income housing, or an equivalent combination of experience and education. Rate of pay: $18.43 per hour; full time position with benefits. Valid Colorado driver?s license a must.
