PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that on the date, time and place specified in the following Resolution of the City of Montrose, Colorado, the Montrose City Council shall hold a hearing concerning such Resolution and the Annexation Petition for the Woodgate Addition No. 4 for the purpose of determining and finding whether the area proposed to be annexed meets the applicable requirements of C.R.S. 31-12-104 and 31-12-105 and of the Colorado Constitution and is considered eligible for annexation. The below is a sketch map of the area prepared for annexation. RESOLUTION NO. 2020-20 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MONTROSE, COLORADO, as follows: 1. The City Council hereby finds that the Annexation Petition submitted for the annexation of the property denominated as the WOODGATE ADDITION NO. 4, as described on Exhibit A hereto, is in substantial compliance with the requirements of C.R.S. 3112107(1), as amended. 2. The City Council shall hold a hearing to determine if the proposed annexation complies with C.R.S. 3112104 and 3112105, or such parts thereof as may be required to establish eligibility for annexation under the terms of Part 1, Article 12, Title 31, C.R.S. The hearing shall be held on the 3rd day of November, 2020, in the Montrose City Council Chambers at the Elks Civic Building at 6:00 P.M.
