Staff Report

The Montrose Board of County Commissioners, Montrose Board of Hospital Trustees and Montrose Regional Health Board of Directors invite the public to a 6 p.m. work session on May 3 at the Montrose County Event Center.

The work session is to continue the discussion regarding the potential transfer of real property (buildings and land at 800 South Third Street) owned by the county to Montrose Regional Health.

Montrose County will provide a short presentation, officials will have the opportunity for comment, and a public comment period. Community members who are unable to attend can provide feedback via email or phone to the commissioners (https://www.montrosecounty.net/172/County-Commissioners).
