The Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade along with other agencies are hosting the Rural Prosperity Road Show in Montrose from 9 a.m. to noon on Thursday, July 11, at the Montrose County Event Center.

This is event is free and open to the public.

The purpose of this rural tour is to advocate for action and opportunity. Information will be provided about various programs, funding, and resources state agencies and partner organizations offer, and how to access them.

OEDIT Executive Director Betsy Markey, and OEDIT legislative liaison Leslie Hylton will give talks before speeches from members of Colorado Department of Local Affairs, Colorado Department, Colorado Department of Labor and Employment, Colorado Department of Agriculture, Startup Colorado, Colorado Housing and Finance Authority, Colorado Lending Source and Small Business Development Center.
